IVIZE Acquires Compex's Kansas City and Milwaukee Locations

IVIZE Continues its Commitment to Growth with Latest Acquisition

July 27, 2007 – IVIZE, LLC today announced that it has acquired the Kansas City and Milwaukee litigation support facilities of Compex Litigation Support, LLC. With this latest acquisition IVIZE solidifies its position as the leading legal document services company in the Midwest and continues its expansion into new markets. IVIZE, headquartered in Charlotte, NC has 18 regional offices throughout the Midwest and Southeastern United States.

IVIZE will continue to provide all the services previously offered by Compex in these locations and will now have the capability to provide high-volume electronic discovery, coding and web hosting solutions. Compex's Milwaukee facility will merge with IVIZE's Milwaukee facility and will remain under the leadership of Jeff Crabb, a 15 year veteran of the litigation support industry.
